ASE Singapore rose from a very humble start with a ground break for our facility in June 1998. In a short span of a month, we offered wafer sort and final test activities for our customers. We continually worked towards engaging our customers and knowing what they wanted. Thus, three months into operations, we were able to offer an entire assembly and test turnkey solution. [Back]

Test Floor expansion in 1½ years into business
In just one and a half years into business - our growth is seen here! We started a test floor expansion to accommodate more testers. This expansion was completed in June 2000. Here, we liked to express our heartfelt thanks to all our customers who has helped made this happen. [Back]

Now, as we prepare ourselves for yet another expansion - at Changi Business Park, we aim to provide a one-stop service by having strong assembly/packaging support from our parent company, ASE for complete turnkey solutions.
