ASE Singapore Pte Ltd (formerly known as ISE Labs Singapore) is one of the leading service provider of Test solutions in Singapore.

Acquired by the ASE Group in 1999, the primary objective is to provide a more integrated supply chain with real time services and to meet the customers’ needs of semiconductor packaging and testing in the ASEAN cluster.

As a result of the integration, ASE Singapore is now well positioned to support full turnkey solutions in test development, assembly and testing.

ASE Singapore offers technological capabilities on front end testing of IC chips including test development, wafer probe and IC packaged test services and its customer base include some of the world’s largest wafer foundries, integrated device manufacturers (IDMs) and fabless companies in US, Europe and Asia .

ASE Singapore has vast experience on a wide range of sophisticated test platforms. The manufacturing facility in Singapore is certified under ISO9001 and is in the progress of obtaining the TS16949 certification to suit our customers’ changing requirements. Hill & Associates Risk Consulting had recently certify ASESG facility with good standings.

With the recent relocation to a bigger facility within Singapore, the new site can now accommodate more than 120 testers occupying about 80,000 sq ft, to cater to our customers’ increasing needs.
